Operational specifics (including roles, responsibilities, and contractual terms) may be further governed by agreements, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), and supporting documentation—especially for enterprise customers.

We may process contact information (e.g., email), usage data (technical logs), account data, and—within the product—data uploaded or generated through use (e.g., training content, transcripts, scoring).

Customers remain responsible for their content and for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable laws (including employment/HR requirements where relevant).

We use data to provide the Service, maintain security and prevent abuse, improve the product, and provide support.

Legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

We retain data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in accordance with legal and contractual requirements.

Specific retention periods may be agreed in contracts and/or a DPA for enterprise customers.

We may use service providers (sub-processors) to deliver components of the Service (e.g., infrastructure, edge security, email).

Where required, we implement appropriate contractual and technical measures to ensure an adequate level of protection, including for international transfers.

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights such as access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability.
